When I started at Coachbit, I had the opportunity to explore where I belonged, what I was passionate about, and what my potential could be. I was, and still am, surrounded by authentic people who have supported, guided, and mentored me through every challenge and achievement. Coachbit made it possible for me to do what I love every single day. I didn’t have to look for a company that fit my skills and passion, because they carved out a place for me to make that possible. I love working in an environment that is fast-paced, innovating on a daily basis, working to change the face of education, and filled with people who build each other up to become their best. I’ve built relationships, made new friends, and worked with amazing, diverse people from across the world - all from the comfort of my own home. There is nothing I would change about my experience at Coachbit, because it is shaping me into who I want to be, teaching me valuable life lessons and skills, and it feels like home.
