      Pros

      The people here are great. I look forward to coming into the office each day because I like interacting with my coworkers. As a smaller software product, you are given a lot of initiative in your role, and you can tell your efforts have a big impact on the success of the company, which I really like.

      Cons

      Because the company is scaling up right now, occasionally one has to do a lot at once

      Pros

      Got to work with some really informative and diverse users.

      Cons

      Through and through, this was a terrible product to work on. The amount of work our team put in, which was ultimately directed from management, yielded little to no results and initiatives were all over the place. For something as simple as delivering a great communication experience for coaches and athletes, came a barrage of confusion on all fronts; nobody knew what to do or act on.
