Pay is good while it lasts.
Cons
Metrics constantly increasing. They don't treat employees well at all. Turnover is super high. Most employees are given an NDA to sign when they are terminated in order to get their severance package so there aren't as many reviews from terminated employees, which says a lot. If you are disabled, management will use it against you if you report it. You will be terminated for bringing up legitimate complaints to management.
