CoStar Group Response
11y
CoStar Group is constantly working to look at all the feedback and assess the best possible routes of action for a positive long-term result. But from such feedback we have been able to introduce new training opportunities, expanded responsibilities and new roles and career paths to encourage individual development and more. CoStar Group subsidizes $100 per month for each employee, with an additional $30 individuals who take public transportation can opt to take out of their paycheck pre-tax. CoStar Group also offers parking spots at a subsidized cost of $175 per month pre-tax in one of three parking nearby parking garages for the DC headquarters. While we would love to offer more options for our employees, the IRS dictates this as the maximum amount of pretax subsidies that can be given to employees for commuting by their employer. While DC is known to have some difficult traffic, over 500,000 people commute into the city every day by various methods, including car, bus, train and bicycle.

Pros

I worked for Homes.com - Great first job out of college to learn a lot about sales and can make good money in the first 3 months - FIND PEOPLE THAT HAVE DONE THIS JOB AND HAVE LEFT AND FIGURE OUT WHY CUZ THEY'LL TELL YOU

Cons

I worked for Homes.com - You're doing 3 jobs in one and the pay does not reflect that - it is churn and burn. The average tenure here is 7 months - Management doesn't know what's going on 3/4 of the time. It is all up to the CEO and he's on his private jet more than 3/4 of the time
