We respect our employees, and that includes allowing them the time to take care of personal needs throughout the workday. We strive for a welcoming and fun atmosphere in our offices, bringing our employees together as they work throughout the day. We respect the enormous quality of work our employees do, and while we love treating them to annual outings to professional baseball games, food trucks in front of the office and other small perks, we also strive to further their careers through learning opportunities to specialize in a specific area of their job of prepare for promotion to a higher level within the career path. The ranking you reference is more than two years old. More recent rankings for CoStar Group include Forbes’ World’s Most Innovative Growth Companies for 2014 and one of the 50 Fastest Growing Companies in DC by Washington Business Journal. As implied by these ranking titles, we’re growing at an amazing rate, and the inner workings of CoStar Group are vastly different from two years ago. As we continue to expand our business and take on new challenges to provide more – and better – information to the commercial real estate industry every day.

Pros

I worked for Homes.com - Great first job out of college to learn a lot about sales and can make good money in the first 3 months - FIND PEOPLE THAT HAVE DONE THIS JOB AND HAVE LEFT AND FIGURE OUT WHY CUZ THEY'LL TELL YOU

Cons

I worked for Homes.com - You're doing 3 jobs in one and the pay does not reflect that - it is churn and burn. The average tenure here is 7 months - Management doesn't know what's going on 3/4 of the time. It is all up to the CEO and he's on his private jet more than 3/4 of the time
