The people, process and technology are top notch. Issues are handled in a well define and understandable manner. The management knows where it wants to go and how it is going to get there. The benefits are very good and the compensation is above average.
Cons
The company is very aggressive about how they want to get from point A to point B. This aggressive behavior has a downside in alienating people that work in lower tiered positions.

- You're doing 3 jobs in one and the pay does not reflect that
- it is churn and burn. The average tenure here is 7 months
- Management doesn't know what's going on 3/4 of the time. It is all up to the CEO and he's on his private jet more than 3/4 of the time
