Pros
The benefits are good and very affordable. Everyone NOT at management level is pretty nice. The concept of the company is good and the product is decent, though not as great as they tout.
Cons
where to start? There is no rhyme or reason to who gets to "keep" their job and who gets canned. I have seen employees at all levels of production let go and nobody can figure out why. Yet some people who haven't performed at all keep their job because they party with the right people. It constantly feels like there is a target on your back. The comp plan stinks, the metrics are ridiculous, and the way the company is micromanaged makes me feel sick to even go to work on a daily basis and try to be productive. Every thing is managed on a "cram down" basis, and trying to make suggestions seems to get you on the "list". Best thing to do is keep your head down and stay off the radar until you can move on. Awful, awful, awful environment. It is unlike anything I've ever experienced.
