Pros

Absolutely none at all. They are sad people...especially management.

Cons

If people need services they do not care. Customers with kids go without heat for over 24 hours. This company does not go above and beyond because they just don’t have to. This type of operation will get into trouble for this one day.

CoServ Response
8y
CoServ takes its responsibility to serve its Employees as seriously as we do our responsibility to serve our Members and Customers. We are among the most reliable utilities in the nation because of the investment we make in our Employees, and our Employees consistently show their appreciation: Twice in the past three years we’ve ranked among The Dallas Morning News’ Top 100 Places to Work in D/FW. We partner with social service agencies in our territory so that no Member, Customer or Employee is forced to go without service. Please visit Coserv.com/CCF to view how and through which agencies CoServ assists others. We encourage any former or current Employee to contact humanresources@coserv.com with specific examples if there is a concern about Customer mistreatment or lack of compassion. If gaps this wide really do exist in our organization, we want to identify and remedy them.
