      Pros

      - 1 hr lunch break - friendly artists - met some of my closet friends here - Pretty good at ensuring people leave the office at 7pm - Snacks - Good tv shows

      Cons

      - Company wide threat about job security - Micromanagement from a partner - as long as the work is getting done, their is no need to be so controlling of other people's personalities. This is not elementary school! - Politics - Some management/sups want to protect their jobs and will do what it takes to protect their back. I watched several people get thrown under the bus during meetings. I also watched a team fall apart on a project. - Weekend OT

      Pros

      During my time there, they had a mix of projects to work on, so you had different challenges and tasks to complete. It was never boring. Lots of support from those around me. From coworkers to leads and supervisors, you had access to a vast network of knowledgeable artists and were learning new techniques.

      Cons

      Can't say I had any issues when I was working there back in 2021. Not sure how it is now.
