Pros

Team been growing rapdily past 2 years but still feel small enough that your work has real impact, large enough to have a solid team around you. The product is genuinely impactful — solving real problems for design and engineering collaboration in a space that's evolving fast. Cross-functional relationships are strong, there's a lot of trust given to designers to own their craft, and the mission feels meaningful day to day. Leadership is accessible and the culture rewards truly thoughtful decision-making and shipping fast.

Cons

Like any startup, priorities can shift and ambiguity is part of the game. If you need rigid structure or a heavily defined roadmap, it can take some getting used to. The pace is also very real — where newcomers may find overwhelming to keep up.

Pros

- Work life balance. It's been a painfully long time since I've been somewhere that I can actually ignore Slack on nights and weekends without feeling guilty. - Great team and everyone is super collaborative and supportive. It never feels like "I'm in it alone." Everyone is always willing to jump in and help each other. - The product has a clear roadmap and expectations. It feels like everyone knows what the "north star" we're all aiming toward is. - It's exciting to see the brands we bring on as customers and they all stay on long-term. It gives me confidence this is a real product that solves a real problem. - Low ego. People aren't afraid to ask questions at the risk of sounding unknowledgeable. It doesn't feel like folks are competing against one another to see who's better. This is a breath of fresh air for me personally.

Cons

- Normal startup growing pains. Processes are still being defined and sometimes projects feel messy. - Things can feel very reactive instead of proactive. Priorities suddenly shift without warning, causing folks to drop what they're doing. It causes a build up of half finished projects. - It feels like we're good at what we need to do this month and where we need to be 5 years from now. Everything in between is kinda messy.
