      You get to wear a lot of hats in this company. It is small and fast-paced. The team is great to work with.

      Cons

      The CEO has a big ego, like every CEO, they create their own podcast. Forces you to have the same creative mindset as Casey Neistat while trying to make professional-grade ad work. Expects you to create content every day with no planning or outlook whatsoever.
