Pros

my experience at Coedify has been disappointing due to several major concerns. Work Environment & Structure Toxic Work Culture: The environment is highly unprofessional, with frequent misbehavior from senior management, including the CEO. Employees are not valued or respected. Lack of Job Security: There is no stability, and employees can be let go without notice. This makes it difficult to plan a long-term career here. No Proper Work Structure: The company lacks a proper workflow. There is no Scrum process, no Jira tracking, and tasks are assigned randomly without proper planning. Team & False Representation Fake Developer Count: The company claims to have 35-50 developers, but in reality, only 8 actual developers work there. The rest are fictitious numbers to mislead clients and job seekers. Misleading Job Descriptions: The JD shared during hiring is completely fake. The role and responsibilities do not match what is actually expected from employees. Scam for Students & Freshers The company targets students and freshers with false promises, but once hired, they do not provide proper training or guidance. No Learning Opportunity: There is no mentorship or structured training. Employees are expected to figure things out on their own, leading to stress and frustration. Final Verdict If you are a fresher or an experienced developer, I strongly advise against joining Coedify Technology. It is not a good place for career growth, learning, or stability. The company misrepresents itself, and the toxic culture makes it a high-risk workplace. If you’re considering this company, think twice before accepting an offer. Look for better opportunities where you can actually grow and work in a structured, professional environment.

Pros

Exciting Work: I get to work on AI, ML, Go, and Cloud Computing—always something new to explore. Constant Learning: The environment pushes you to improve and grow every day. Supportive Leadership: The CEO are approachable and genuinely care about the team. Awesome Perks: Free meals, fun office parties, and a team that actually collaborates. Good Pay: The salary is competitive and fair for the effort you put in.

Cons

Fast-Paced: There’s a lot to learn, and the workload can be intense. Not for the Chill Crowd: If you’re looking for an easy, slow-paced job, this isn’t it.
