Awesome people doing awesome work. The quality of work is very high as compared to market standards. Everyone thrives for out of box thinking and end results. Customer user experience is the priority for every product and feature. Opportunities to grow are tremendous.

Although working hours are really flexible but some times working shifts are long and that can be tiring some time.

Awesome interview process. I can call it grilling especially with Nilay and Aakash.

Not enough technologies to work with.. I mean come on, you would make somebody TL especially for Visual BASIC.. ROFL.. "for writing MACROS".. this is not fair at all.
