Great mid-sized company in Denver - Anonymous employee CoBiz Financial Employee Review

Everything is great, nothing bad so far.

None currently, great company overall.

The company as a whole is very employee focused. They care about their employees and their community.

Some managers do not follow the corporate approach to being employee focused. Several managers appear to be in it for themselves and to build their own "empires" without consideration of existing employees. My interactions with IT were especially that way. Seems the head of IT was very self focused and thus his staff's hands were tied by his rules when it came to meeting our needs.
