Pros

Hybrid* work and flexible (somewhat) hours.

Cons

- Only receive training on direct work, and are later chastised for not knowing other areas roles. - Low level supervisors make it their mission to gossip, not only of their own team, but of other teams. - Fear and Intimidation are the name of the game. - Higher ups do not value the ideas and words of those that allow them to be in their positions. Should you choose to bring up anything that could possibly improve the workplace, you have an enormous red dot on your skull. - This company enjoys flaunting their income and wealth, in front of those that could only hope to see a penny from, while they walk around all day chatting up and providing no support or help to those they depend on. - Areas that do not perform core duties receive all the assistance. - Areas that do the bulk of the work, are only allotted three people, and are expected to handle the daily work by the end of the day, and receive the vast majority of the reprimands and put-downs. - They do not hire or promote within, as they leave all additional flow-ins to contractor work, that recycles every three months. - There is no upward mobility, unless you suck up your pride and values, and allow the quiet hiring of additional duties with no extra pay. - Knowing your value and asking to be paid as such, will get a hardy laugh, and put yourself on the chopping block. Making you a target. - Leadership is non existent, as those in the position of leadership that try to improve the business, are pushed out. While those that play the game, and shut down any voices from those below, that do the work, are lifted up by those above. - HR, is always known to only protect the business, and not those that work for the business, will smile and nod at your complaints of fragrant violations, with the hopes of making it go away. - Leadership finds it positive, and something to gloat about, how those above them rule with an iron fist, having days of anger and aggression, about what is or is not being done, and not viewing it as a reason for the trickle down effect of negativity throughout the workplace. - The operations department is treated as errand boys, the dumping ground, and clean up work for other areas. Areas in which are being paid as such for quality work, but are not required to do such, as the operations department is expected to sweep away the dirt. - Business practices are not at the benefit of customers who fund these higher ups, but are at the benefit of bringing in the money, and providing no support to their employees or customers. - Inconsistencies in gender and race pay, are swept under the rug of having frequent meetings with these specific communities, who should be held at bay, by the promise of cold cut sandwiches.
