      If you can do your job, you will be left alone. Not Micromanaged.

      Cons

      Typical Corporate life. VERY boring. Not there for the work, but the paycheck. The paycheck is good, but only for this economy. The second I get something better, you should leave. Very negative reviews. Only focus on the negative. You have to be perfect and basically invent new programs in order to get your full bonus.
