      Pros

      Plenty of work life balance, people are generally helpful. The work can be challenging at times but there is freedom to plan out the work as deadlines are generally on a monthly basis.

      Cons

      A generally top down approach management style. Employee clock in and out timings are monitored daily. Large portion of pay package is locked in the form of bonus.
