- Great colleagues (not all of them of course) - Just a couple of Senior managers are ok
Cons
- Sometimes you are expected to work until you finish a task, even though you have worked more than 10 hours that day. - Some people get promoted just because they have friends in high places. - Some people work really hard and nobody sees them and some people do not work at all and again, nobody sees them ... still the ones that work well and hard get passed for promotions and the ones that do not work at all or just do bad work, those are the ones that get promoted. - Salary is below what bigger CROs pay. - Company can go 2-3 years without promoting anybody or giving any pay raise just because they do not want to spend money on their employees, don't want to motivate them in any way, they just want you to work until you can't anymore. - As a CRO, they avoid hiring new people and just give more and more work to the existing employees.
