Pros
- The general workforce of the company is great. Tons of nice people who are easy to get along with - They do a hybrid schedule of 2 days in office 3 days WFM which is great
Cons
- Every departments leadership fights each other on what they want to do and how they think things should be done - Due to the company being fairly young and new there are not many process's/procedures on how things should be done. - EXTREMELY underpaid - Not a lot of room for advancement unless your boss promotes or leaves - New employee training is non-existent. They essentially give you a 10 minute tutorial and that's it. - Don't ask too many questions. I was literally told that management doesn't have all the answers and its my job to figure it out. When I did but didn't do it the way management wanted they scolded me for it. - If management doesn't want responsibility for something they will simply give it to you. That way if during the development process it is wrong or was changed by someone else, they will throw you under the bus and you will take all the blame.
