Passionate people, good heritage, great office space, central location. So much potential and such an amazing story to start a company in Scotland and essentialy create the sector.

Very poor business awareness. No clear strategy and decision making has never been delegated from the CEO. Limited business process applied and constant change in direction with no plan. If you toe the line you'll do great. If you disagree (however politely) with management you will not do well. No one else is as clever as the CEO no matter how much experience they have.
