Very innovative. Good work culture. Majority of the people are great and very helpful. Great out of hours culture.

Several bands of people who grouped together were poisonous. Can be long hours. Extremely fast paced and tight deadlines. If you get a poor salary increase and don't challenge it. You won't get anything.
