There are no pros to working here. Every one leaves here and every interaction had with this place or the person in charge is negative. The entire industry knows this.

Everything. the treatment, the pay, the work-load. no support from senior staff, the in-take process is a joke. Everyone is a beating posting for the person in charge who hasn't been able to hold staff or clients for more than a few months for the past 9 years.
