      Pros

      - You will not be micromanaged. - Lots of opportunity to work on various projects if you show you're ready (press releases, pitching, events). - Very hands-on from the beginning so you get the full agency experience. - Doors are always open if you need it.

      Cons

      - Not for everyone, requires a very independent worker with lots of initiative to figure things out on your own. - Often work outside of hours just due to the size of the agency and nature of the business: getting texts and answering emails on weekends as an intern, lots of late nights during busy times. Just something to be prepared for

      Pros

      There are no pros to working here. Every one leaves here and every interaction had with this place or the person in charge is negative. The entire industry knows this.

      Cons

      Everything. the treatment, the pay, the work-load. no support from senior staff, the in-take process is a joke. Everyone is a beating posting for the person in charge who hasn't been able to hold staff or clients for more than a few months for the past 9 years.

      Great opportunity for hands on experience, to learn new things, and work on different/interesting projects

      Cons

      Lack of structure/stability, CEO a good person at heart can rather consistently be a nightmare to work under
