      Buono stipendio, possibilità di crescita e certificazioni da sviluppatore previste dall'azienda (e rimanenti al dipendente). Ambiente positivo.

      Cons

      Essendo un laureato triennale le mansioni svolte erano abbastanza "piccole" in termini di valorizzazione personale. Gestione un po' fuori controllo (non per colpa del manager), ci sono giorni in cui si lavora effettivamente 10 ore, altri in cui c'è poco da fare.

      - Organizational Structure feels pretty flat - Management is listening to the employees - Problems are tackled professionaly, calm and constructive - Employees get the credit, they deserve - Doing a good job is valued and considered during yearly negotiations - Colleagues are very open to help - Flexible Working Hours & 100 % Home Office (may depend on project)

      Cons

      - Some major projects really don't align with the Cloud focus of the company
