Pros

I’ve been at cluep for a few years and it’s been a really great place to work. It’s fast paced, has continuous growth, amazing people & work environment, and offers cool innovative products. I joined cluep after it was acquired by a NY-based private equity firm called CI Capital Partners. During this time it felt very hierarchical filled with bureaucracy due to the old leadership in place. In 2023, the co-founders bought the company back led by the co-founder & CEO, Karan Walia. Things afterwards changed rapidly for the better. It’s been exciting to experience along with other cool things like awards, talks, events, etc. Being at the company before and after the buyback - I can confidently say the Karan is an incredible leader and true visionary. The way he operates, cares for his employees, and executes gives me great confidence in the company. Few additional takeaways: Cluep is a true technology company with a hardcore engineering team building really innovative products. They’ve been building proprietary AI software for over 10+ years and are destined to become a Canadian Tech Unicorn story. The current leadership team is led by experienced individuals who’ve been with cluep for a long time. Everyone is approachable. Most employees have been here for a long time; they’re very smart, fun, and collaborative. If you have the opportunity to work here - you will experience what it’s like working at a rapidly growing tech company, have the opportunity to make an impact, and grow in the process.

Cons

Nothing serious typical growth pains you’d expect from a growing tech startup

Pros

When you come to realize you hate this place, you'll learn so does everyone working here and their clients.

Cons

- no raises or promotions - the tech isn't real - can't retain clients - CEO & SVP ops are micro managers but somehow can not make good business decisions - CEO plays social manipulation games even with other leadership members - Nobody likes the CEO
