The owners are great people that truly care about their customers and employees. They've created a solid and respected product in the industry and overall it's a great place to work. Most of the employees have been here for a long time which speaks volumes.

Office location is great but the building itself is old! The building management always seem to be testing alarms which is rough for a company where basically all employees are communicating with clients over the phone

Great office location in Chelsea. Small company with a lot of potential if they can overcome the larger issues that they have.

Too much divide between the different roles. Even though it is a small company there is no feeling of being a part of a team. A few people (mainly on the sales side) make working there extremely unpleasant for everyone else.
