      -good pay -flexible hours -remote -make content whenever you want -easy communication -the advisors give advice on the content you make and how to improve/make best content

      -AI -making videos felt fake unless you truly like using this software -anyone can see these videos of you online forever -not much growth into a full-time role if that's what you're searching for
