Racism Ableism Over-working Low pay Victim Blaming No Support for staff Neglect of CEO Poor breaks Genuinely caused me multiple nightmares since leaving You could never convince me to work here again, they are neglectful and blame you for customers poor behaviour. Half of them give themselves unimportant tasks to avoid doing any work at all. They ignore your issues and they act like they care then do nothing even allowing inappropriate workplace behaviour constantly slide despite many people literally crying in their office for help.

The work environment is quirky and full of energy. You are able to take part in team building socials at least twice a year. Customers generally arrive to the escape rooms with great energy.

There weren't many ways to progress with in the company. At times the energy would drop as a result of long hours. The pay didn't didn't feel equally worth the energy put into the work.
