Pros
- You'll learn quite a bit if you're just starting your career in IT - Free snacks - Co-workers are very nice and friendly people - Nice office in a nice location - Fair amount of flexibility/creativity in the work that can be/is done
Cons
- The pay doesn't match the (many) hats that you'll have to wear, especially for being a Irvine-based company - Upper management can be out-of-touch in the day-to-day and make "interesting" decisions that can cause misery for both the employees and the customers - Can be iffy with scheduling time off, especially for weekend workers. For example, I was denied time off for something deeply personal in November of 2021 because it went into a weekend. Given an inconsiderate amount of time to grieve. This does wonders in keeping an employee dedicated to their company and motivated in their role. - Raises aren't great and certainly don't keep up with inflation
