The only pro is that you get commission based off of the sales you make.
Cons
The studio is insanely disorganized. There have been 2 managers since the studio opened in August, and currently there is no manager. There is a lack of attention to this studio from the District Manager and those above in the Club Pilates Company. Sales associates are left and abandoned without the ability to do their job...customer service...as they don't have permissions for 99% of the issues that come through the studio. The bathroom hasn't worked since December and it is March. Everyone is upset including clientele, and instructors. The work environment is not somewhere that is uplifting or positive. This studio will not stay open long if continued like this. Really upsetting as I liked this job with the last manager despite there still being a lack of attention from uppers in Corporate.
