Pros

Little pressure to hit sales targets, laid back. Can work from home pretty much full time as although 2 days in office is stipulated as ‘mandatory’ it was not enforced, leaving the office feeling barren and like a ghost town!

Cons

Distinct lack of support to sales team and practically non existent after sales team, non-empathetic approach to sales staff and customers. Extremely poor training, and very poor onboarding in general. Company practices are shocking for such a large travel company!

Pros

Travel and health benefits. Previously offered remote work, which helped offset the low pay.

Cons

Pay is below the industry standards, incentives are only offered to a top sales individuals, and there is little opportunity for advancement. These issues were more manageable when they offered remote work. Employees now are required to commute to the office 3 days a week which adds financial and personal hardship. The office is small and loud and full of distractions. Morale has noticeably declined since the return to office. Every employee including management is unhappy and it shows. It is depressing.
