Pros

There are no pros worth mentioning that would outweigh the cons. They lie about almost every "pro" they offer you

Cons

Be prepared to NEVER have any free time. They will work you 12+ hours a day, but tell you that you're not allowed to put 6 of those hours onto your time sheet. You will have to always deal with random, chaotic, even stupid tasks from management as they try to figure out why the employee turnover rate is over 90%. They will offer you to "travel the world" but they really only mean in the "America zone" which means USA and Mexico. The salary ends up being close to $3 an hour, you work 6 days a week and will be worked to the bone with required dancing, mingling and even eating with guests where you have to awkwardly join a random family at their table
