Managers are unsocial bullies who honestly just seem to attack attack attack. if you work in sales , getting out of there to something more is about as rare as chicken's teeth. They employ a customer satisfaction based of 0=100% but only count 5 star reviews so if you only get 2 reviews that month but they are at 4 stars, that's 0% and will land you a disciplinary.
no real support, the customers are rude and entitled and they use systems that make telitext look like cutting edge technology. The only redeeming factor is the benefits, otherwise is all awful. you will get every 3rd person on the phone say the only reason they are calling is because the website is awful (and it is) as its based off a 30 year old system that they cant be bothered to put down like the lame donky it is and would rather spend millions frankensteining it to attempt to get close to a modern usecase yet fall short despite being "premium". Also they are bringing in more ai to replace people.
There is a common joke in the call centre that the reason the windows don't open is that everyone would jump out. Oh, and the office seems to be impossible to have a comfortable temperature.
