Pros

Cons
Management team do not know their roles. They don't want to take any responsibilities and they don't know their jobs. All problems are always maintenance issues. QA department won't do their jobs properly. Whenever problem happens, it is always operators' fault. Then production department will say it is maintenance 's fault. Whenever there is a meeting and discussion regarding the problem, all departments will put all the problems and solutions to maintenance department. However, maintenance department was never invited to the meeting. Whenever somebody quited/resigned/was terminated and a new employee was hired, the new replacement should take over the job and responsibilities from the previous employee who left. Why would senior management allow the department supervisor/leader to say this was always not our department's responsibilities? Or the new hired replacement would say "I have been trained on this, and this is not my job."
