Pros
-The pay was very very good especially if you SC and Prep you make tips and commission - commission builds up fast and it’s not hard to sell. - promotions come pretty quickly if you work hard - pay raises every 90 days
Cons
Management was horrible, every manager has very very different expectations for you even though they have a very strict company standard for literally every most managers make their own. It gets very very hot in the tunnel in the summer. Rarely ever get breaks so you are expected to stand for 8 hours. No work life balance they want you to be 100% dedicated to the company or they shame you for it. Favoritism is huge. Team leaders and up are expected to be sales consultants, preps, managers, maintenance, customer service, and housekeepers with little to no pay jump from the one position to the next. They talk bad about you for calling out or taking a day off. You are expected to be doing something 100% of the time so if you aren't washing cars you are expected to clean the building. They will monitor you on the cameras at all times!!
