Pros

You will learn how to play Lot of learning on how to butter management

Cons

1. Company is running by luck
 2. They have rule. hire , get the work done and then ,.
 3. No future plan, no company vision
 4. No training and learning. You will learn how to waste your time
 5. No cabs and meals. You have to beg for re-embursement 
 6. No insurance, PF, Bonus etc 
 7. For every thing they have a excuse they are startup so cant afford now. First name of company was Eveear, now Clovity and future who knows. 
 8. Whole management is narrow minded and do not initiate new things
 9. Office location is in some Faridabad Village. Not at all safe for girls. isolated, no any good facility there. 
 10. If you do argument with onsite senior management- You will be fired soon
 11. No comp off provided for working on weekends 
 12. No culture and value
 13. No manager on offshore. Clients are fooled. One person acts as A for Client 1, B for Client 2 and C for Client 3.

Good team support & learned many things in jira ticket handling. Seniors were helpful and friendly.

Pros

I’ve been with Clovity for a while and honestly it’s been a good learning experience. The company works on a lot of digital transformation and IoT projects so you get to explore new technologies and tools almost every week. The team is small but very talented and management is open for new ideas. Work culture is quite flexible and you can reach out to senior folks easily without too much hierarchy which is nice. The projects with big clients give good exposure specially in cloud and AI related areas.

Cons

Work can be hectic sometimes specially when multiple projects go live together. Some internal processes are still catching up with the growth. Also need a bit more clarity in project timelines sometimes.
