very respectful , and loyal , paid on time.

No time off , needed to inform faster the information.

Money is ok that's about it.

Poor leadership, mess your wages up and holidays and higher ups getting involved in day to day things unnecessarily. They won't keep current contract in a few years when renewal is due as they have no clue.
