Pros

Work from home is the only pro

Cons

Note: The company will call this false and will be mentioning that this person has been terminated and its a backlash. I resigned the job officially and was not terminated. I am compelled to share my unfortunate experience working for this company, which is nothing short of a nightmare. The company culture is permeated with toxicity, disrespect, and a complete disregard for employee well-being. Management has proven time and again that their only focus is their bottom line, with absolutely no concern for the people who are responsible for their success. I have witnessed colleagues being belittled and humiliated in front of others by managers who seem to take pleasure in exerting power and control. The compensation package is not only inadequate but also insulting, considering the level of stress and demands placed upon us. We were overworked and underpaid, with no room for professional growth or development. There is a constant expectation to work beyond our regular hours, without any additional compensation or recognition. This relentless pressure to perform has led to a pervasive sense of hopelessness and burnout among employees. As if the abysmal salary wasn't bad enough, employee benefits are practically non-existent. Management seems to hold no value for work-life balance, as requests for time off are often met with resistance, and there is a complete lack of understanding and support for employees facing personal challenges. It is truly disheartening to see hardworking and talented individuals being subjected to such a demoralizing and damaging work environment. I would strongly urge anyone considering employment with this company to reconsider, as it is not worth sacrificing your mental health and self-respect for a paycheck.

This employee continues to report falsehood in different ways by being not truthful. We have very relaxed remote working environment where employees are given all freedom except to connect in a meeting everyday for 15 to 30 minutes where they present their status. We are always on constant lookout for great recruiters and account managers. We have one the best pay and commissions in industry. Unfortunately, there are employees like these who are looking for a free ride due to remote working and when terminated, trying to find different ways to malign the company. This is one of the pitfalls of becoming truly remote organization. I have one request to this employee. Please stop this constant postings by creating new Glassdoor profiles. You have no business to post this falsehood. Thank you for showing some professionalism.

Pros

Work from home. That's it.

Cons

The CEO frequently berates employees in India and the U.S, offers vague feedback, and believes it's constructive criticism while showing clear favoritism toward a select group of seasoned employees. Experienced recruiters are allowed to hold onto all the candidates in the database, even if they haven't built a relationship with them. Starting as a new recruiter is nearly impossible because the CEO favors those who have been with the company the longest, and the recruiting manager simply goes along with his actions, without offering support. Commissions are not transparent—you receive commission payments without any explanation of how your gross margin is calculated. Client Managers constantly change the requirements for jobs and always prioritize the facilities over the recruiters. The recruiting manager doesn't back you when it comes to challenging Client Managers about the quality of jobs. The system is inefficient and involves many manual processes, making it harder to fill positions. We used to recruit nationwide, but now we’re limited to only four states in the Northeast. If you’re looking for a job in healthcare staffing, there are much better companies out there!
