Very poor management. The situation has worsened particularly after Fiserv brought in underqualified personnel to the Noida location. There appears to be a monopoly maintained by just two individuals, one of whom is Atul Gaur. Unfortunately, the main takeaway from working here is the experience of dealing with incompetent and egotistical individuals.
