      Pros

      Team - I had so much fun working here. The rewards are great and the training really set me up to achieve. I had to work hard to get results but I think that is what it is like with all sales jobs

      Cons

      If you dont work hard it doesnt work. I saw others who were trying to cut corners and it just didnt pay off. If you are honest and hard working it works

      Pros

      Learned an amazing amount of skills that will stay with me for the rest of my life. Very transparent with the commission structure

      Cons

      If you work on commission you need to work hard so if you dont have confidence in your own work ethic don't bother

      Pros

      I found them polite and upfront about everything - the advert told me it was commission based and I was looking to learn new skills in sales

      Cons

      Hard work - it is a fun team which helps but I couldn't work that hard for that long
