Pros
Good culture. Since there are a small number of employees, you can easily ask for help from other consultants and leads. Great experience for those who want to build their knowledge with NetSuite and ERP systems because you will be the one customizing it and implementing it end to end.
Cons
High attrition rate. Too much micro-managing. Pay is not enough. Since most of the consultants are considered "contractual", there are no employee benefits other than your salary. No 13-month pay, govt mandatory benefits, hmo, and group insurance. Bonus is given at the end of each project but project timelines can range from months to years so it is not guaranteed that you will receive a bonus within the year. Also, your salary is below the market rate if you're a licensed professional
