Dear Former Employee [Full Time ; 1-2 years], Thank you for your feedback. We are unhappy to hear about your experience working with us. We are pet-friendly company and glad to know that you did not have problem with our Claire. When everyone is busy in their work, it does not mean they are frustrated, it's just that they do not have time for chit-chats. It seems that you had a grudge with someone and therefore you did not like a single person in the company. We are proud of our HR, our mentors , our team members and our company. We are employee friendly company and if an employee [even if they belong to management] does night shifts and have no energy to go back home, we allow them to take rest at office. Well we wish we could control human's snoring. To curb the noise we have made a resting room with sound proof door. It also answers your query "consider your employees as humans". It would have been great if you would have opened up and discussed on your issues in person during your tenure. Negativity in the longer run becomes vicious, so please start discussing openly with people to attract positive vibes around you.
