Pros
Company is focused on very cool area in technology (anti spam & threat management for email, mobile, messaging). Good culture- people generally work together well across functions. Company lacked a bit of innovation over last few years but seems to be kicking back into high gear. So far, new direction looks positive. Good work/life balance but work is challenging and stimulating for the most part. Free snacks / drinks are a bonus, and generous benefits.
Cons
Noisy office during ball games across the street. A lot of the functionality tends to be delivered in the field which is not the most efficient model.
