      Plenty of opportunities to Learn and Upskill. Supportive Environment. Witnessed genuine dedication and commitment in few people which gave me a positive impact. Encourages hardwork and attitude over other things.

      Nothing to think of other than less extra curricular activities.

      Pros

      Quality Facilities: The office is equipped with great amenities and relaxation zones designed for downtime. Infrastructure: The physical workspace and resources provided for employees are modern and well-maintained.

      Cons

      Toxic Work Culture: The environment feels like a "pressure cooker." There is a significant lack of transparency and a heavy presence of office politics and favoritism. Extreme Work Hours: Expectation of being available 24/7. Overtime and weekend work are the norms rather than the exception, leading to a non-existent work-life balance. Management Style: Heavily characterized by micro-management and a "one-man show" leadership approach, which stifles individual autonomy and flexibility. Irony of Amenities: While relaxation facilities and games are provided, the workload is so intense that employees rarely, if ever, have the time to actually use them. Job Insecurity: The company has a reputation for immediate layoffs, making it a high-risk environment for long-term career stability.
