      - Hires people fresh out of school to give them their first opportunity on the market. - Skilled and talented people to learn from.

      Cons

      - Trash-talking is happening on a daily basis from the management. - Salaries way (far away) below market standard (Nordics) - Toxic Leadership with a focus on lowering people instead of helping them to develop. - High personal attrition, additional people who experience poor leadership. - It took 6 months for me and other colleagues to get our company benefits. After a lot of discussions. If you provide your employee's benefits don't make it impossible to get them.

      Pros

      Great company to start your journey with the Salesforce consulting and development. Cloudity works with clients across a range of fields, sectors and sizes in many different countries. This undoubtedly provides the opportunity to gain both broad experience and to become an expert in a specific cloud or industry. The job offers a lot of flexibility and the team is very friendly and open to new faces.

      Cons

      Although my rate was ok, I think the increases could have been more frequent and bigger. After the merger with the French part, there was a little turbulence in the company, fortunately it passed quite quickly.
