Pros
The onboarding was fun. The people at Cloudian are very nice. They assign you to a buddy who walks you through the day to day. My buddy was very happy and outgoing.
Cons
There are lots of communication issues at Cloudian. They talk about having an open door policy but unfortunately, that is not the case. Management does not want to hear about the disfunction amongst the teams and employees. If you try to bring up deficiencies in the product, you are labeled as a disturbance or a disgruntled employee. The marketing approach is outdated and tired. What does a ninja have to do with data storage? Their logo is also a cheap knockoff of the Nintendo Game Cube. I'm surprised they haven't been sued yet. Last but not least, the Animal or Van Wilder podcast is lame. It's the same content over and over again. Cryptic emails from the CEO of the company sent after midnight is never a good sign.
