Pros
These're my personal opinions so don't judge me if you don't agree. Honestly, good company with decent clients. If you're someone who doesn't enjoy working under pressure, sorry to disappoint you but this isn't the place for you. The projects with tight deadlines will always keep you on your feet, which in my view is a good thing because you learn faster. When it comes to salary, the company is prompt. You'll be paid what you were promised unless you really mess up. A good place to kick start your career.
Cons
Talking about the downsides, though they pay you on time, the package isn't that great. You might end up working without any increment for months or sometimes even a year.
