Pros

Writing a first honest review, All these 5 star must be written by management or some very close person of management who must be good at flattery of management Hardly any pros

Cons

1. Management is a biggest cons here. Arrogant managers and Upper management who takes everything at their ego. 2. This company promise candidate for bright future but all they assign them is documentation. This company claims to be consulting and training but consulting part is very less. They interview candidates saying it is role for consulting but then they start assigning them documentation. 3. Dangerous part of joining this company is 2 year bond. Condition of bond is if you try leaving before completing 2 year then you have to pay 6 month salary, which is half of your CTC. You are giving your hard earn money back to company which you have earn from slavery here. Despite of having this condition in contract, still people were so much frustrated, they left company by paying 6 month salary. I can go on and on about this but above points are enough to justify working environment here.

Pros

Entry-Point: It’s a solid "launchpad" company for those starting their cloud journey or transitioning from other fields. Skill Acceleration: If you are looking to get certified and dive deep into AWS, Azure, or GCP, this is one of the best places to be. You get exposure to cutting-edge cloud tech very quickly.

Cons

Management Style: There’s a visible gap between the high-level vision and the ground-level execution. Communication can sometimes feel top-down and rigid. The "Newcomer" Tax: Joining the sales org as a new hire is an uphill battle. You’ll be expected to hit targets with very limited resources and support compared to the veterans. Echo-Chamber Management: Leadership tends to only listen to the long-timers. If you haven't been there for years, your feedback—no matter how valid—often falls on deaf ears. Title vs. Wallet: They are generous with designations but stingy with hikes. Expect "Dry Appraisals"—you’ll get the fancy new title on LinkedIn, but your bank balance won't see a matching increment. Experience Inversion: Because of the loyalty-based promotion system, you often see highly experienced professionals (10+ years) reporting to "homegrown" managers with 5 years of experience simply because the latter started their career there.
