Cons
As far as my Job is concerned I try to give my 100% in the profile I work but Cloudshope Technologies Noida was one of the worst place I had worked in my professional carrier, The head over there have no sense of corporate culture with no policies and regulations, I feel there is NO PROS working at this company. People call themselves senior with No expertise and no professionalism at all, having no corporate etiquettes I don’t know who has given them a cabin, ask them anything and they are knowing nothing, employees are having grievances and the HR people is not able to solve those, apart from giving offer and confirmation letter there is no single HR work the concerned performs and goes to the management to solve small issues of employees. Even the management are well aware of the fact, there is chit chatting going around all the time in office environs, the management is least concerned about improvising the office culture. People even back bite about when a person leaves the organization (something that happened to me), even not being a part of this company anymore I get to hear a lot bad things about me as I was the person who resigned and hurt their professional egos. Guys out there don’t ever think of being a part of any such firm, enquire and then make your choice. I had a bad experience and I don’t want to happen it for anyone else.
