Very innovative and lots of interesting work to do. Good work environment and teamwork. Pay is good and benefits fine. Very flexible work schedules.

Company has lost its direction and has been changing hands for the last couple of years. Sales are way off and the companies future is very doubtful.

The SE team is great... they have a solid leader and they really know their stuff. Most of the non-management staff is also great to work with... very hard working and willing to go the extra mile. After the founder, CEO and the VP of Sales left the company last year, it took the momentum out of the sails.

Senior leadership is managing completely off of the mark. There is no direction and the poor sales teams are left trying to sell something that does not fit in the commercial market, because there are no applications to run on their platform. Senior leadership believes that they have a viable market for their half-baked applications... they don't.
